Explore this powerhouse of your body for the entire class! Learn the postures that create space. MaryAnn will create an atmosphere where you can ask questions, learn variations specific to you, and still get a chance to "drop-in" and notice what you really need.
PRE and POST-NATAL YOGA

$60 for the session, $12 for a drop in

No yoga experience necessary.
This class is inclusive from preparing for pregnancy through to the first year after delivery.
Members & non-members welcome.Locker room changing & showers
Yoga asanas are a gentile way to keep active and supple.

How Pregnancy Yoga can help:

advanced ECLECTIC PRACTICE
This monthly workshop practice is for students who have a basic understanding of Vinyasa Flow and a willingness to go beyond that practice. Led by Linda and Amanda, the Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste and Duncan Wong combo will guide you to a new edge. Our most challenging class on the schedule.
