This 45 minute flow class will rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit! A great break in your workday! For all levels of yoga practice.
SUNRISE EASY FLOW
This mindful easy flow class prepares you to face the day with renewed energy and strength. The emphasis is on breath and holding basic yoga postures.
BEGINNER SERIES
Explore your body learning pranyama ujaii breath, body alignment and flowing sun salutation. The class closes with restorative postures and a restful savasana.
VINYASA BASICS
This class is designed for students new to vinyasa yoga. The postures are held and correct alignment reinforced. This class is for all levels of practice.

ADVANCED PRACTICE
The Wednesday night advanced practice is for students who have a basic understanding of Vinyasa Flow and a willingness to go beyond that! The practice is led by Linda and will be designed to focus on a specific theme...inversions…binds…arm balances…hip openings…the classes will vary weekly and are complimented with music.
