PRE and POST-NATAL YOGA

For all stages of pregnancy; fertility challenges, conception to delivery, post-natal care

Yoga asanas are a gentile way to keep active and supple. (Yoga asana-exercises, pranayama-breathing, meditation, deep relaxation)

How Pregnancy Yoga can help:

  • relieving edema(fluid retention) and cramping
  • strengthen and massage the abdomen
  • raise your level of energy
  • help reduce nausea and mood swings
  • open the pelvis

Post Natal Care.

  • restore the uterus, abdomen, and the pelvic floor.
  • relieve upper back tension and breast discomfort.

BAPTISTE VINYASA flow

Baptiste Power Yoga isn’t just the ultimate workout, it’s the ultimate life transformation program. We offer the following Baptiste classes.

Learn Baptiste Flow
MaryAnn will lead you through Baron’s 90 minute dynamic Vinyasa flow series while incorporating his yogic philosophy of “Stepping Up To Your Edge”.

She will break down the postures, teaching you modifications, breathwork and how to surrender. Come get cleansed and rejuvenated for the Spring!

Power Lunch
This 45 minute class will rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. A great break in your workday! For all levels of practice.

Power Hour
This 60 minute class is a pure hour of power. You will sweat. The class alternates the focus on hips, backbending and core.

Beginner Vinyasa
This class stays at the beginner level doing slower sun salutations, resting between vinyasas, and ending in longer, nurturing poses.

Slow Vinyasa
This class offers all the core and balance work at a slower pace.

All Levels BPY
This 90 minute flow class keeps a strong consistent pace. The teacher will assist you in finding your edge to every posture.

advanced ECLECTIC PRACTICE

This monthly workshop practice is for students who have a basic understanding of Vinyasa Flow and a willingness to go beyond that practice. Led by Linda and Amanda, the Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste and Duncan Wong combo will guide you to a new edge. Our most challenging class on the schedule.

pre-post natal Yoga

This class will focus on specific modifications and strength work for both the pre and post natal woman. The class is set up to both relax and prepare you for the most athletic event of your life!

This class runs in a series where there is interest for a group of 5.

YOGAKIDS

YogaKids is a unique approach to integrative learning using yoga as a pathway. Reading, storytelling, music, creative arts and earthcare blend seamlessly with yoga movement to educate the “whole” child. The Yogakids curriculum provides children with an exciting new way to explore and appreciate their academic and creative potential.

family Yoga

Aunts, uncles, god-parents, babysitters, friends, grand-parents:

  • A fun class for families to connect and share the benefits of yoga together.
  • For children of all ages. Parent/guardian attendance required.
  • $15 for one adult and child
  • $5 for each additional family member
