BAPTISTE VINYASA flow

We offer the following Baptiste classes.
Learn Baptiste Flow
MaryAnn will lead you through Baron’s 90 minute dynamic Vinyasa flow series while incorporating his yogic philosophy of “Stepping Up To Your Edge”.
She will break down the postures, teaching you modifications, breathwork and how to surrender. Come get cleansed and rejuvenated for the Spring!
Power Lunch
This 45 minute class will rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. A great break in your workday! For all levels of practice.
Power Hour
This 60 minute class is a pure hour of power. You will sweat. The class alternates the focus on hips, backbending and core.
Beginner Vinyasa
This class stays at the beginner level doing slower sun salutations, resting between vinyasas, and ending in longer, nurturing poses.
Slow Vinyasa
This class offers all the core and balance work at a slower pace.
All Levels BPY
This 90 minute flow class keeps a strong consistent pace. The teacher will assist you in finding your edge to every posture.
PRE and POST-NATAL YOGA
For all stages of pregnancy;
fertility challenges,
conception to delivery,
post-natal care
Yoga asanas are a gentile way to keep active and supple.

How Pregnancy Yoga can help:

advanced ECLECTIC PRACTICE
This monthly workshop practice is for students who have a basic understanding of Vinyasa Flow and a willingness to go beyond that practice. Led by Linda and Amanda, the Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste and Duncan Wong combo will guide you to a new edge. Our most challenging class on the schedule.
