Beginner Series
Join Linda for this 5-week series of exploring yoga, breath, and meditation. Learn the basic postures that will launch you into the All Levels classes. Come to all 5 classes or drop in for one! Starting May 1st Tuesday nights 7:15-8:15 pm Colonial Fitness Yoga Studio One punch on your class card

Join Linda and Mimi as we "breakdown" the Baptiste Flow, showing you modifications to advanced variations, assists, and how to use props correctly. You will be able to ask questions and practice parts of the sequence each week. Week One is "Om"ing, opening postures, and Sun Salutation A and B and "C". This will not take the place of your Saturday morning practice, just enhance it! So come for one or stay for both! The doors will open at 8:45 for the 9 am practice, so you have time to prepare. This class will run every Saturday beginning May 5th! Colonial Fitness Saturdays 8-8:45 am one punch on your class card
